Trash/Recycling

The town has no curb-side trash pickup. Residents who do not have private trash haulers can bring their garbage to the town waste transfer station. Residents must get a transfer station permit at the Town Hall each year. The cost is $10; the stickers expire at the end of every March. Newspaper, glass and metal must be separated out of the garbage.
