LOCAL CONCERNS MEETING
Salem Bike-Ped Corridor Phase II
State Project Number: 40432 Federal Project Number: X-A004(403)
The Public is invited to attend a Local Concerns Meeting for Phase II of the Salem Bike-Ped Corridor on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Knightly Meeting Room of Salem Town Hall at 33 Geremonty Drive, Salem, NH. The Town’s consultant, CMA Engineers, will be presenting information on the proposed project. The study limits are from the intersection of Old Rockingham Road and Route 28 to Willow Street, following the former rail corridor that parallels Route 28.
The intent of the meeting is to collect input from the public, municipal officials, regulatory and resource agencies, and abutting property owners on their ideas and concerns relative to the existing bike and pedestrian conditions along the project corridor. Proposed design alternatives will be presented at a subsequent meeting.
