Fees:
Additions, Minimum fee finished - $40 or .40 cents/s.f. whichever is greater
Additions, Minimum fee unfinished—$40 or .25 cents/s.f. whichever is greater
Alterations, Minimum fee—$40 or $6.50/thousand whichever is greater
Includes single and two-family. Unfinished floor area denotes garage, unfinished splits, basements, unfinished second floors, enclosed porches, etc.
